Worth Ave. Group posted on Monday, January 28, 2013

Company: Worth Ave. Group
Location: Stillwater, OK, USA
Time Frame: ASAP
Budget: n/a

About this Job:

I need a magento installation that can do the following: We are an electronic device insurance company and have partnered with a cell phone franchise to provide insurance for their customers cell phones at the point of sale. Essentially we need to allow each store to bill their customer monthly one of the three rates below, depending on the type of phone that they have. The rates are below. 10.99 9.99 7.99 The payment will be split two ways. We will get the monthly charge minus 3 dollars. So 7.99, 6.99, and 4.99. The phone company will get 3 dollars minus the paypal fees and charges taken out from total price. I will provide the rate for each one of these that need to be distributed for each product to the phone company. We need to be able to set it up in this manner: The main magento store will be allocated for the main franchise. This means that we need a magento store in general, however all sales will come from multi site stores. Each store location would be a multi store. Each multi store would be set up exactly the same as all of the other stores. The only difference would be user access. There are 21 locations so each location would be its own multi store under the main magento store. The francise owner is the main store. The franchise owner has access to all store stats. sub store operator has only access to their specific multi store stats. No franchise level or sub store level person will have access to change anything. Only reporting and entering in of new customer purchases. Non front facing store. No web design needed. Just interface for admins to enter in customer information ultimate admin all permissions all stores (that would be Worth Ave. Group...or ME) store owner permissions (this would be the franchise owner) store operator permissions (this would be the individual store manager) employee permission (this would be the individual store employee) zero permission to cancel policies. No store owner or employee can modify anything. Only the main admin, (US) Must be able to charge full subscription amount for that month right then not just authorize it and must and credit card transaction was successful. email goes out to each customer upon completion of purchase. So basically here is how it would work. A customer goes into the cell phone store and buys a phone. They ask the customer if they want insurance. The customer says yes. They get their credit card and information and go to a page on our magento install and enter in the customer info and their credit card. They hit submit. It charges them for one month and makes them a monthly subscriber. In order for them to cancel their subscription, they have to call a number and ask them to cancel it. Each month, they are charged either 10.99, 9.99, or 7.99. Each month the payment is split between Worth Ave. Group and the phone company based on the amounts specified. Please let me know if you can do this job, how long it will take, and what extensions will be require along with what custom programming will be necessary, as well as what it will cost. This is a very time sensitive project that we need to have completed asap, however it will also be an ongoing project with additions, customizations, and maintenance. Please reply via email with any questions you have about the job or anything else that might be relevant. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

They include: -USPS media rate (default for free shipping) -FedEx (all methods including Ground) ------------------------------------------------ We need to have following work completed -RoverToTheRescue.com is an "Addon site" of AndrewGrantPhoto.com. We need the store or cart moved to the RoverToTheRescue.com site. -The header and footer need to match those on the RoverToTheRescue.com home page. -Our old FedEx API integration is out of date. It needs to be updated. -Simplify our shipping process so our shipper doesn't have to manually enter the shipping info on the FedEx.com web site to generate a label. -Teach us how to add/remove discount/coupon codes. -Simplify the retail and wholesale order forms.
